Discussion between JCA leaders and Postal Board failed today on 27/06/2011.Department is very adamant on Implementing Mckinsey Recommendation. JCA decided to go on Strike. All members of this Division both Group C and GDS and other FNPO affiliates are requested to take all sorts of efforts for Publicity/campaign to make the Strike 100% success.
